There is a service advisory in effect. Due to certain circumstances and conditions your travel time may be affected and/or require additional steps to be made in preparation of your voyage. Please carefully review the following information:

Effective August 8, 2008, the ferry company will
institute a fuel surcharge. This is an action 
which we have tried to avoid through the adoption
of both cost-cutting and fuel-saving measures.
Regrettably, the price of fuel has risen beyond
our best efforts to economize. Detailed explanations
may be found at our terminals and on our vessels.

All surcharges will be collected on board at time of
crossing. Surcharges are in addition to base rates
and apply to all vehicles including both reserved and
unreserved. Surcharge also applies to holders of
pre-paid vehicle vouchers. Rates will be adjusted on
a monthly basis:

Automobile                $3.00
Motorcycle                $1.00
All other vehicles        $6.00
