RESPONSIBILITY: The Bridgeport and Port Jefferson Steamboat Company acts only in the capacity of an agent for its passengers in matters relating to transportation (whether by common contact or private charter); hotel accommodations and/or features of its tours entrusted to an person or company and holds itself free from all responsibility from whatever cause. It reserves the right to change any arrangements should situations necessitate, offering substitutes of equal value, to cancel the operation and/or decline to book or retain any person(s) on its tours, making full equitable refunds. Tour prices subject to change without notice.

BOOKING TOURS: DAY–At the time of booking your tour, a deposit of ½ the package cost is due. Total must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure date.

BOOKING TOURS: OVERNIGHT–At the time of booking your tour, a $100.00 deposit is due. Total must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure date.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY on DAY TOURS: If you cancel 30 days prior to tour date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel thereafter, a refund will not be given unless your seat is resold.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY on OVERNIGHT TOURS: If you cancel 30 days prior to tour date, you will receive 50% of the required deposit ($100.00) + any monies paid. If you cancel within the penalty period, fees are as follows:
Less than 30 days to 14 days prior—50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 14 days prior—100% tour cost.

ITINERARIES: Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS: We have so many special promotions over the course of the year, from combo travel/hotel packages to specially discounted tours… you name it. And they will all be listed here, but you have to keep checking back on this page—they frequently sell out as quickly as they are listed.
