Monthly Walk-On Pass Rate Effective 5/25/2017

Monthly Pass $235.00 Good for 31 days from date of purchase. Valid as passenger only; non-transferrable; non-refundable. No allowance for cancelled sailing, changes on schedule or interruption of service. Monthly Pass holders will be issued passes for named individuals and are for that  specific individual to ride. The original pass must be presented before boarding the vessel. Pictures of passes are not be accepted. .

Vehicle reservations must accompanied by full fare for the vehicle for each crossing desired. Please specify the date,
time, and point of departure. Credit Card specific name, address, and telephone number are needed to validate credit card transactions.

Subject to availability, reservations will be accepted up until one hour prior to scheduled departure.  It is recommend that reserved vehicles arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.

It is REQURIED that vehicles be checked in and ready to load 15 MINTUES BEFORE SCHEDULED or the reserved vehicle may be denied boarding at the carrier’s discretion.

Cancellations notices must be made a minimum of (3) hours prior to departure AND DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS for a full refund. Cancellations for early morning departures (up to 9AM) must be made the evening prior.

Cancellations notices made less than three hours prior to scheduled departure but before scheduled departure will incur a $20.00 service fee. Reservations not cancelled by schedule departure will result in forfeiture of the full amount.

Reservation Transfers -  Your first reservation transfer (if calling more than 3 hours prior to departure) is free. If you have to transfer it again there is a $5-  fee for subsequent transferring of your reservation to another trip that has already been transferred.

Standby Policy

Vehicles entering the loading area after, in the carrier's opinion, 98% of the vessel's capacity is taken, will be considered to be on standby. Standbys will be loaded solely at the discretion of the carrier and will be loaded according to size only, not by their number in line or their length of waiting time on the dock.

Security

PASSENGERS AND PERSONS WHO REFUSE TO SUBMIT TO A SEARCH WILL BE DENIED BOARDING.

For The Utmost In Safety For You and Your Vehicle We Require:

  • ALL "convertible tops" must be in the "up" position or "closed" to protect vehicle interiors.
  • During "rough" sea conditions, we urge that cyclists stay with their motorcycle/motorbike.
  • Vehicle windows should be closed to protect vehicle interiors from sea spray/mist conditions.
  • Any special needs passengers should consider speaking with our dock staff prior to boarding our vessel to make your needs known.
  • Please refrain from using your cell phone while driving on & off the boats or at the purser's booth.
